Section 109
Punishment of non-cooperating person
If a person who has a duty to cooperate according to section 108 receives a report from the bailiff that he did not cooperate during the deadline, and if the conduct of such report is found to be reasonable, the concerned court may fine the person who does not cooperate in that way up to five thousand rupees.
